Adra has established Ffrâm24, a new, all-Wales Framework for the supply of building materials and associated products. Ffrâm24 is a multi-supplier framework for building materials and associated services. Our ambition as a Wales only Framework is to provide a quality supply chain for Welsh organisations and in return to support our communities.
This provides Wales with a great circular economy and keeping the Welsh pound local. The values of the Framework are built on partnerships based on trust, openness, innovation and a common goal to drive for efficiencies. Welsh Government fully endorses the new Framework and supports it as a natural successor to the National Procurement Service (NPS) building materials framework, which will still present opportunities for local suppliers and support Welsh Government policy objectives. The new Framework forms part of the Wales Collaborative Procurement Hub.
The Framework will be open for use by a wide range of public sector bodies throughout Wales. The Framework will support the full range of service delivery models that may be required by framework members for the delivery of their materials supply requirements

Supply of all general building materials and associated services. This includes but not limited to, aggregates, bricks, blocks, cement, plaster, timber, various sheet materials, insulation, above and below ground drainage, hand and power tools, doors and many more. Services include van stock management, delivery and collection solutions

Complete a Joining Agreement for Ffrâm24. Completely free to join and no charges or fees apply.
3. Procurement options
Ffrâm24 offers 4 sets of Terms and Conditions.
Enhanced Terms and Conditions: All members are able to complete Enhanced T&C’s with a specific supplier to service larger contracts or projects. Members can then add specific requirements with the supplier, like KPI’s and management information reporting.
Hire Terms and Conditions: All members can hire any Plant and Tools with allocated suppliers to this lot on these T&C’s.
4. Process The Framework allows members the option of:
